Subteam IVSZ - "Use Case" & "Education" are No Brainers

Subteam IVSZ completed a workshop today together with over 10 participants from IVSZ, AI Partners, the NMHH (National Media & Communication Authority), DOT and an AI developer. The team spent the last week preparing for the workshop, performing interviews, doing additional research to distill János, the main persona, and define the problem statement, and appropriate modules to include. The team benefited greatly from doing their workshop last realizing they received invaluable input and best practices from the 3 teams that already completed theirs. (Kudos to the other subteams!!!!!)

The workshop got off to a great start with the small example of how different results are created when designing for the user experience vs a thing. The participants understood the power of focusing on the user experience which laid the ground work for the remainder of the modules.

The next step was to reveal János, the Hungarian C Generation SME (affectionately named Johnny). He quickly became the life of the workshop with several participants commenting on the Jánoses they know so well! The empathy map module revealed several common pain points which lead to all participants confirming not only the value of this module, but the absolute accuracy as well. Everyone felt that János had been described even better than if the most accurate AI algorithm had been applied!

Big Ideas followed with even more participation - everyone was full of ideas! The room was quiet - heads down, drawing ideas, thinking, drawing some more. Posting the results......... Two participants actively joined in to group and summarize the over riding themes - some were expected, others were eye openers. Perfect!

Last but not least, we moved into prioritization - how feasible vs importance. Voting promptly began and we plotted the results - "Use Cases" & "Education" are the clear no brainers for the implementation strategy!

There are of course many more inputs and details to work with now - a summary including pictures has been provided to IVSZ. The feedback from all participants has been over whelmingly positive! WELL DONE TEAM IVSZ!
